Obtain Authorization
Contact our support team or visit our Seattle storefront to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your transaction.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the item in its original box and use an outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit; clearly mark your RMA number on the outside.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect and approve the equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.
